Ohh I love my Korra-Chan!

Another of those "no-outline" drawings!
It's actually been a while since I last drew her... I think. Which reminds me, you'll see stuff from Naruto and Frozen next!

I tried an experiment with gradient and I got super lazy with the background orz
I really need to do OC art at some point!
And, commissions and presents are on their way,  promise, I just get sidetracked really easily at the moment!

I think this drawing of Korra is very well done if I should say my self. I have never seen such time and effort on just one section. This looks like it took time because of all of the detail and the nice night sky background. It is so amazing how koikii could put this amazing drawing on here. Any Korra fans would love this at first site. I do wish that others fave it because it is super good and I don't think it could do any better. It is just that good friends. I say, this drawing is the best of it's kind.

Please excuse me, this is my first critique! >w<

This is beautiful! The pose is nicely drawn, and that expression! It's obvious you put a lot of time and effort into this! And look at the eyes! They are so beautiful and shiny! I also like the added reddish kind of tone on the cheeks, a nice realistic feature to add. The shading is nice and simple, and a nice technique to use on a lineless piece of artwork. I like the background as well, you didn't go overboard with the stars and the clouds look nice too! I think any fan of Korra would like this fanart! Can't wait to see more of your beautiful artwork Ame-chan! <3

She looks like a lot of Asuna from Sword art online...

She does?? :dummy: I love that show's style ;w;

Yes ! It looks like a lot ! The eyes, the position of the eyes, the figure, the head... It's Sword Art Online !
Korra & Naruto too ! You seem influenced a lot from SAO ^^
I really like this show.

You're right there! ~ I used some reference images to try and emulate the show's style; it's so beautiful *o*
I've had a look at your gallery; I have to say, it's impressive! ;P

I'm also having a go at Steins; Hacking to the Gate style because [even though I've never seen the show!] the style is pretty awesome!

Have you watched the first episode of SAO season 2 yet?? Apparently it's out!!

Oh, I understand now why it looks like ^^
The lineless style is very cool, and I really like your eyes. But take attention, because inspiration & copying isn't the same. I'm not saying you copy it, but be aware because it can give you some troubles. With improvment you will have a style like the style you like (I never watched Steins, it seems good though).

And yeah ! I saw it ! I'm from France and the anime is legally available on a website named Wakanim ! It's in French so, and we can have it very quickly. I can't wait for the next episode, it seems so good ! Even the second part of the season 1 isn't very great (thanks Lyfa), I really, really enjoyed the first part. I think I will watch it again this summer!

Yeah ^u^
And thank you, I know it carries risk but I believe that studying different styles from observation and then applying to to your own individual work is important in trying to develop your own style!!

Wow! Lucky! I don't think the English dub is out yet, not for a long time... :iconcryforeverplz:
I agree with the Lyfa part, that made it really awkward! X3

Je parle un peu de français...! :dummy: Si c'est plus facile pour tu!
Aileinn Featured By Owner Jul 8, 2014  Student General Artist
Ah, c'est super gentil de ta part ! Mais je me débrouille en anglais, ne t'inquiète pas.
Akward ? More than it ! It was... horrible. A lot of clichés & Lyfa is just... not supportable.

If you understand a bit french & japanese, you can see it here !…
But I don't know if you can see it without being a french people (or belgian, in sweden...). you just need to watch a little ad and, tadam, free episode.

And yeah, you will definitly have your own style after work & work, you just have to wait a little bit your improvment.
